[FWO][PRIJS] Wetenschappelijke Prijs Klimaatonderzoek | Scientific Award Climate Research

Het FWO implementeert sinds 1 januari 2020 in al haar financieringskanalen een duurzaam reisbeleid met als doel bij te dragen aan de klimaatdoelstellingen. In dit kader maakt het FWO jaarlijks, op basis van een overzicht van de vliegkilometers (aangeleverd door de reisagentschappen gemachtigd door het FWO) een berekening van de totale CO2-uitstoot en bijhorende kost voor CO2-bijdrage. Het FWO investeert deze CO2-bijdrage in de Wetenschappelijke Prijs Klimaatonderzoek:

3 prijzen die telkens een persoonlijk, éénjarig werkingskrediet van 10 000 euro omvatten
Looptijd: 1 januari 2026 – 31 december 2026

Since January 1, 2020, the FWO implements a sustainable travel policy in all its funding programmes to contribute to the climate objectives. In this context, the FWO calculates annually, based on an overview of the flight kilometres (provided by the travel agencies authorized by the FWO), the total CO2 emissions and corresponding cost for the CO2 contribution. The FWO invests this CO2 contribution in the Scientific Award Climate Research:

3 prizes amounting to a personal one-year research grant of 10,000 EURO each
