[ERASMUS+][EU] European Policy Experimentations: EU funding to test existing and new policy measures for European priorities in the field of education and training. Submission deadline is 4 June 2024.
Erasmus+ is the European Union's framework programme for education, training, youth and sport in Europe.
Project opportunities include European Policy Experimentations. These projects involve developing, implementing and testing the relevance, effectiveness, potential impact and scalability of activities to address policy priorities in different countries. Supported projects aim at achieving systemic impact at European level, furthering the implementation of the European Education Area. The role of public authorities in European policy experimentation projects is considered crucial.
The European Policy Experimentations Call for Proposals covers a number of topics and priorities. Each project application should address only one of these topics, and within the topic only one priority.
Specific eligiblity criteria pacting the consortium composition may be imposed.
The following topics are most relevant in view of participation from higher education.
Topic 1: Focus on digital education
- Priority 1: Building a teaching framework and policy intervention aiming to boost gender balance in pursuing ICT related studies and professions
- Priority 2: Digital well-being: Putting into practice what works
- Priority 3: Data literacy strategies in primary and secondary education
Topic 4: Impact in the field of school education - Eligiblity: The coordinator must be a public education authority (national, regional, local level) in accordance with the structure of the relevant education and training system.
- Priority 8: Pathways to school success
- A) Assessing learners' competences - developing assessment practices to support school success for all learners (with a special focus on formative assessment)
- B) Building a systemic, whole-school approach to mental health and well-being in schools in Europe
- Priority 9: Building sustainable competences
- Priority 10: Support structures and mechanisms for enhancing mobility of teachers
Topic 5: Focus on micro-credentials - Eligibility: Each project must include at least one public authority at national, regional and/or local level as applicants.
- Priority 12: Micro-credentials for the digital and green transitions
Deadline and application forms
The deadline to submit proposals is 4 June 2024, 17.00 (Brussels time).
Applications are submitted to the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), through the EU Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal (F&TOP).
